1. User will logon.

2. User will be given the option to select, create or edit a "preference" profile. The preference profile will determine what options are available for data entry.

3. User will create a new reference.

4. User will create groups for the reference.

5. User will enter data for trees (tree attributes and tree features)

6. User will select which trees (and implicitly tree features) to add to which groups for the reference.

7. Events will be generated from tree features, user will be given choice to delete, edit or add additional events.
